-
Can I book a speaker or entertainer who is exclusive with another agency through you?

Fees vary widely depending on the speaker or entertainer’s popularity, their availability and your event requirements. Generally, fees for keynote speeches and comedy shows begin around $3,000 with the average national keynote/performance fee being $5,000. For high profile speakers, entertainers, sports icons and business experts, fees can range from $10,000 to $20,000.
-
Our event is going to be held offshore. How does this effect fees?
-
Fees for international appearances are always higher due to the increased time commitment required from the presenter due to travel time. Fees for these types of assignments are always negotiated on a case by case basis with the presenter.

I do not see any fees listed. Why is that?
-
Fees are constantly changing and there are many factors that influence them. In order to get the most up to date pricing information we encourage you to call or email us.
-
Are there any other expenses in addition to the fee?
-
When we work with you there are no surprises. We always outline any additional expenses to you when you make an enquiry. There are often additional expenses to budget for on top of the fee and these are determined by the location of your venue. These expenses include business class air travel, ground transport, mileage, accommodation, meals and production (audio visual or sound and lighting).

Do you have videos of all your speakers and entertainers?

-
What is a firm offer?
-
Some celebrities and high profile presenters require what is known as a “firm offer”. A firm offer is a commitment, on your part to book a specific presenter for a specific date at the specified fee. Some celebrities and high profile presenters will not even consider an engagement unless a firm offer is first put forward. A firm offer does not guarantee that the presenter will accept the offer, only that he/she will consider it.
