About The Beatnix
The Beatnix captures the excitement and atmosphere of the Beatles era. They have been performing together since 1980. This puts them amongst the longest running Beatles Tribute Shows in the world.
The Beatnix show includes fully authentic musical instruments similar to those used by The Beatles. This combined with a range of early period Beatle costumes and outfits give you the complete Beatles experience. You will think you are seeing the real Beatles.
The first part of the one and half hour show sees the band dressed in typical early sixties attire and featuring songs such as Twist and Shout, She Loves You and I Want To Hold Your Hand.
The second part of the show sees an impressive change of colour and mood set by the legendary Sgt Peppers Lonely Hearts Club Band military style uniforms. It comprises songs from the most significant album in musical history. The trip continues along Penny Lane to include songs from all the later albums through to Let It Be and Hey Jude.
Their television credits include performances on; Fresh, Hey Hey Its' Saturday, The Midday Show, Good Morning Australia, The Don Lane Show, Ernie and Denise, Simon Townsends' Wonderworld and Donnie Sutherlands' Sounds. They have also made appearances at Beatle festivals in Adelaide, Melbourne, Auckland and four Beatlefests in Sydney.
The Beatnix have also been professionally recorded on the notable It's for you lost Beatles tracks album, Stairways to heaven with the Money or the gun album and numerous television and radio commercials.
Be it large concerts, live television or corporate events, this show has wide appeal and is fully self-contained with sound, lighting and special effects.
