About Tania Zaetta
Jumping off a 17 storey building, swimming with sharks, and climbing under flying helicopters was all in a day’s work for action girl Tania Zaetta as reporter on Who Dares Wins. She was such a hit in India they created their own version with Tania as host.
Extreme Dhamaka is on air in 22 countries with about 80 million viewers. The exposure launched Tania’s movie career in India, where she has made three feature films and now lives for half the year.
Mildura-born Tania left her family property on the Murray River at 14 to work as a model in Melbourne. Seven years later, she decided to give TV a try and moved to Sydney. Over the years, she played a lead role in the ninth season of Baywatch alongside David Hasselhoff, and was a regular in the SBS sitcom Pizza for 3 seasons.
She hosted her own travel show The Blue Planet for Network Ten, her own segment on Seven’s footy show Live and Kicking, and was also a regular on Foxtel's A Question of Sport.
While based in the UK, Tania was a regular guest on Britain’s highest rating daytime show Trisha with Trisha Goddard. In 2004, Granada Television UK completed Tania Zaetta Exposed, a biographical documentary.
Tania, holds a CAMs International Racing Licence, and has raced in the Celebrity Grand Prix and V8 Supercar Challenge. With 13 years kickboxing training, Tania teamed up with two martial arts champions to make her kickboxing video; Box with Tania.
A qualified beauty therapist, she has featured in more than 25 television ads and on more than 50 magazine covers worldwide.
