Now in its 8th year The Whispering Jack show is one of the most talked about tributes to Australian singing legend John Farnham.
When Mike Vee had the pleasure of meeting John Farnham back stage at one of his shows John’s response was he was honoured to have a tribute show dedicated to him.
When people come and see the show it doesn’t take long for them to notice how much effort that Mike Vee has put into reproducing not only the sounds of John Farnham but his whole stage performance.
Mike has performed in theatre in Sydney and Tamworth and his knowledge in this field of entertainment has made him determined to give people an opportunity to enjoy a tribute that will not only entertain but create a show that will leave fans satisfied.
Lead Roles in theatre include; Jean val John in Les Miserables and Jesus inJesus Christ Super star.
The Whispering Jack Show has performed at many outdoor concerts and functions recently including Australia Day concert Tamworth, Newcastle Christmas carols, Westpac Helicopter Ball, Sydney Opera House as part of the Tamworth on parade spectacular, The Newcastle Knights Ball Presentation night and the Gosford Carols in the park
Mick's performance of the National Anthem at a Newcastle Knights game had the local NRL teams switchboard jammed with calls asking had the real John Farnham sung at the game!
