About Beccy Cole
With her wickedly irreverent sense of humour‚ her beaming smile and her boundless energy and enthusiasm‚ Beccy is one of the most appealing and popular artists in contemporary country music — and that popularity keeps on growing.
Beccy not only regularly performs sell-out shows across Australia‚ but she’s also been at the top of the Australian country music industry for well over a decade.
She's won three more Golden Guitars — two of them for Female Vocalist of the Year — and most recently the Country Music Association’s prestigious Entertainer of the Year award.
She’s released four successful albums‚ Beccy Cole‚ Wild at Heart‚ Little Victories and Feel This Free. Two of her albums — Little Victories and Wild at Heart — have been certified gold. All her albums have generated a string of hit singles‚ including numerous chart-toppers.
And she’s just been announced as a finalist in the Most Performed Country Work category at the 2006 APRA Awards — where she’ll perform her hit single "Rainbows‚ Dreams and Butterflies".
Beccy has also been a regular on the hit ABC show Spicks and Specks‚ and is part of the show’s panel whenever her hectic touring schedule allows. And in her "Beccy Bluegrass" persona‚ she’s even appeared on The Wiggles’ TV show.
Whether she’s on stage with her own band‚ or working with other artists‚ Beccy is a natural performer‚ whose energy levels‚ vocal and musical talents leave audiences literally screaming for more.
Yet she remains down to earth and it is no wonder she’s shining brighter than ever at the very top of the Australian music industry.
