About Comedian Ahn Do
Anh Do is one of Sydney's favourite actor and stand-up comedians. Born in Vietnam and raised in the western suburbs, Ahn has a unique comedy edge. Dealing with social issues, human foibles and the Australian lifestyle in a way no other comic can, Anh Do will give you a hysterical lesson or two about life.
He has received all the comedy awards around town, including the Sydney Comedian of the Year. Ahn has also appeared multiple times on Rove Live and The Footy Show. You might have also seen him as a regular actor on the Channel nine show Don?t Blame Me, or as a guest on Seachange, All Saints, or Pizza, or even in those Cornetto ads.
Ahn has recently secured a role acting opposite Kate Blanchette in the movie Little Fish. He also co-wrote and will play the lead role in Footy Legends, a feature film backed by Mel Gibson's production company Icon. His television writing credits include; sketch writer for the SBS program, Life Support and Sitcom Head Writer for Granada?s Westy Ninja.
Anh is still one of the most sought after live stand-up comedians and has performed every major comedy venue in Australia and New Zealand. He is also a favourite on the corporate entertainment circuit.
Anh has also completed a Bachelor of Business and a Bachelor of Laws at the University of Technology, Sydney.
