About Indira Naidoo
Indira Naidoo is one of Australia's most popular news broadcasters. She is also the new host of Feedback, the ABC televisions program where audiences get to have their say.
During her 13-year journalistic career, Indira has presented and reported for the country's most distinguished news and current affair programs.
She achieved national prominence in 1995 as the host of the ABC's Late Edition nightly news and as the inaugural anchor of SBS television's well-regarded late night news service the World News Tonight.
She has also presented the ABC's Sydney news bulletins and reported for ABC news and the 7.30 Report. Indira has also developed a loyal following from her less serious appearances on the McFeast Show, ROY and HG's Club Buggery, Good News Week, The Glasshouse and The Fat.
Indira has won several awards including the South Australian Justice Administration Award for Best Television coverage for a series of stories on juvenile justice; the Dalgety Award for Excellence in Rural Journalism; and the Clear Speech Award (NSW) for the best understood news presenter for the hearing impaired.
She is also a much sought after speaker, MC and conference moderator.
