About James Brayshaw
James Brayshaw is unique in that he is an accomplished host and commentator of both First class cricket and AFL football. James got his break in the media after successfully combining his 10 years as a professional cricketer with a growing career as a sports journalist.
He has presented sport on television and radio for nearly 10 years now, including hosting the 2001 Ashes series from England for the Seven Network, and has become a highly successful Breakfast radio personality in three states .
2006 sees James’s biggest year yet, calling Cricket and AFL, co-hosting Commonwealth Games, and The (AFL) Footy Show for the Nine Network, being heard on Breakfast radio with Triple M’s The Cage in Sydney and Melbourne as well as hosting M-sport with Sam Newman and heading up the Friday night and Saturday afternoon AFL coverage for 3MMM.
James is an accomplished host and MC, and is in demand for corporate events.
A great all rounder, James is one of the rising stars of the Australian media.
