About Leonie Page

One of Australia's leading musical theatre performers, Leonie Page is well known on the jazz and cabaret circuits and has appeared extensively on television and in films. Her stage credits include Annie, The Sound Of Music, Song And Dance, Cats, Follies In Concert, Mack And Mabel and The World Goes Round.

She won rave reviews for her performances as Peggy Sawyer in 42nd Street, Sally Smith in Me And My Girl, Anita in Westside Story, Audrey in Little Shop Of Horrors, Ruby Keeler in Jolson and as April in the Australian tour of Hot Shoe Shuffle.

On screen, Leonie played Vanessa in Baz Luhrman’s Strictly Ballroom, appeared alongside Glenn Close and Harry Connick Jnr in South Pacific and has made regular appearances on all of Australia’s top variety shows.

On the cabaret and jazz circuits, Leonie has devised and performed her own shows and also performs regularly with Pardon Me Boys, Swing City and The Fabulous Rhythm Boys. She has recorded a solo jazz CD titled That Old Feeling.
