At age 22, unemployed, with no money, journalistic experience, connections or publisher Brett Kelly decided to interview 34 leading Australian achievers to find out what made the difference for them.
These included Bob Hawke, Malcolm Turnbull, Gerry Harvey, Kathryn Greiner, Ray Martin, Peter Garrett, John Symond, H G Nelson, Imelda Roche, Jeff Kennett, Pat O'Shane and Peter Brock to name a few.
Brett then raised the funds and gathered the expertise to self publish Collective Wisdom and made it a national best seller. Bob Hawke said, “I admire his chutzpah. Ray Martin commented that he is a very determined young man."
Brett's achievement has been featured in major print and electronic media nationally including been recognised on television, radio and in the print media all over Australia including A Current Affair, Family Circle Television, Good Morning Australia, 2UE, JJJ, 2GB, ABC, The Age, The Sydney Morning Herald and The Daily Telegraph.
Since the publication of Collective Wisdom Brett has completed his second book, qualified as a Chartered Accountant and completed a Masters of Taxation.
