About Tom Potter
Tom Potter is the founder of Australian owned Eagle Boys Dial A Pizza. He left school at 15 and found himself jobless at the age of 23.
He borrowed the money to open his first pizza shop in Albury, New South Wales and has proceeded to build his business to over 140 stores Australia wide with an annual turnover of $100 million.
Like many successful people, Tom started his business life with only a basic education behind him, no money and no mentor. He has become Australian Financial Review’s Young Business Person of the Year and been chosen to deliver the Valedictorian speech on behalf of his graduating class at the world famous Harvard Business School.
How did he achieve so much in only a few years in one of the most competitive industries in Australia? Tom believes the secret is people, persistence and success.
