About Patrick Lumbroso
For over twenty years, Patrick Lumbroso has worked with, and advised businesses both large and small throughout Australia. During this time, he has developed a reputation as being an "Enterprise Alchemist" with many clients relying upon him for guidance, inspiration, and ultimately results.
Some of his keynote and workshop programs include: Creating the Eye of the Owner, Entrepreneurial Mindset Strategies for Teams, Employee Performance Enhancement, Business Development Systems for Owners and Managers, Mind Focus – Creativity and Innovation Systems for Business Growth, Management Systems for Generating Outstanding Customer Service and 4th Generation Time Management.
For four years, Patrick trained extensively with Michael Gerber, author of "The E-Myth", and owner of the Gerber Business Development Corporation, the largest small business consulting firm in the world. In early 2001, he raised venture capital to create a new business development company, its key element being a radically new, high-impact, low cost business development program called Alchemie™.
Apart from seminar and business consulting work, Patrick has written articles for newspapers and various industry publications. He has also appeared on ABC and commercial radio, and is currently working on his first book aimed at transforming business potential into performance.
Patrick's speeches and seminars are delivered using a unique blend of humour and practicality. He has a unique way of describing himself as a speaker. He says of himself, "I pull no punches." "If it's passion you want…I do red." "Creativity and innovation…I do bright, bright yellow." "When you want clarity, precision and direction, I do crisp, sharp black on white." "But there is one method of delivery I don't do; boring, fear of offending traditional mindset presentations... I don't do beige."
