About Jodie White
Jodie White has over twenty years experience in the hospitality, retail, tourism, finance and training industries, working with clientele in Australia and on an international basis.
While working in Japan for 4 years with multinational organisations such as Ricoh, Sanyo and the International College of Tourism Jodie became increasingly fascinated by consumer trends and service quality outputs between western and eastern countries.
These days Jodie continues to conduct global research on consumer trends as Director of her own service development organisation. Now in its 10th year her business was ‘Highly Commended’ in the ‘2000 Australian Achiever Award’s for best ‘Employment, Training & Consultancy Services’ and also has made the front cover of both the ‘Australian Small Business’ magazine and ‘Direct Marketing International’ in the UK.
Jodie has lectured to varying National industry forums on consumerism, service excellence, and quality issues within Australia and overseas. Over the past decade, Jodie has written numerous articles for various publications advising consumers of best practice, consumer patterns, consumer rights and tips. She was also the Consumer Presenter for Channel Nine’s Today Show.
Jodie is a highly sought after keynote speaker seminars and workshop facilitator. Her areas of expertise include: Customer Service Excellence, Marketing, Merchandising, Strategic Sales Success, Maximising Employee Performance, Selling to Asian Markets and Managing Cultural Differences.
