About Team Building Activity Company Directors
Company Directors is a movie making team building activity run by Impact Entertrainers. Delegates are split into teams, armed with production quality video cameras, a movie genre, a broad story line and some tailored fun challenges.
They are given the task of writing, directing, performing and producing a short film using whatever sets, scripts and props they can come up with. The movies can be presented to the entire group in a Company Short Film Festival.
The activity has been designed so that there is minimum emphasis on technological capability (so there's no editing in sound effects music or special effects).
Lessons that can be learned by the team include: risk taking in a safe environment, team building skills, negotiating and problem solving techniques, lateral and creative thinking strategies and communication skills.
