About Sarah Cornally
Sarah is a leadership advisor. She has a unique ability for spotting maximum leverage points in businesses, people and organisations. She applies this in her work as a consultant, facilitator, speaker and executive coach.
She has 20 years experience consulting to organisations interested in achieving performance outcomes and cultural change through effective leadership. Grounding the theories of applied psychology within an intensely practical approach, Sarah enables the promise of the effective systems, processes and strategies that already exist within an organization to be delivered.
Artfully intermeshing these with solutions to areas of ineffectiveness among staff and management alike, Sarah unlocks and facilitates the necessary change for the organisation to move forward as a whole. Achieving over 400% measured increase in effectiveness in senior executive groups alone has placed her in demand amongst those who are serious about results.
Sarah's experience has exposed her to every area of industry, commerce and government, from the shop floor to the boardrooms of Australia. She has presented on several leadership programs including the St James Ethics Centre's, Sir Vincent Fairfax Leadership Awards Program.
She writes regular articles on leadership issues for industry groups and presents on pay TV Business Skills Channel. She co-authored the book Lessons in Leadership.
Each of Sarah's keynote presentation and workshops is tailored to your specific requirements and organisational objectives. Her most popular presentations are: The Rare Qualities of Great Leaders, Leadership: The Real Stuff, The Leaders Journey, The Art of Engagement and Human Greatness
